How we treat your information given to us
When ordering from our website, you will be asked to give your information such as your name, where you live, your email address and information about your credit card. We will describe how we work with the information that we collect, as follows.
The core value in everything we do is to treat our customers the way we want to be treated – always. That is also applied to the way we handle information given to us.
What information do we collect?
We collect as little amount of information as possible. Information about where the customer lives is needed to be able to send the products to the customer. If the customer states another address, such as to the job or summerhouse, we do not need the living address of the customer.

Whilst paying with credit card, Klarna is securely handling your credit card number.
Furthermore, we naturally need to know which products you are ordering. Lastly, we need your e-mail address to be able to contact you with information about delivery and if there might be any change in your order.
How do we use this information
We use the information given by the customer to provide your order. Your e-mail is required to be able to send you information. If you are not interested in receiving e-mails from Equestrian Stockholm, there is a link in the mail to deregister from getting information mails in the future.
Information to other actors
We never leave any information to other actors. Exception is made in the case of force by law.
Erasing your information from our database
The only information that we keep in our database is your e-mail address. Remaining information is only used as basic data for the payment process.
If you wish to erase your e-mail address from our database, let us know by e-mail and we will erase it directly.
