When do i get my products?
Orders placed before 12.00 on non-holiday weekday are processed the same day and are normally delivered within 2-7 days working days. When your order has been shipped you will receive a link were you can follow your package.
How do I return a product?
Need to change a size or to another colour? Here you will find information about what happens when you have returned a return or made a change. Keep in mind that you have 14 days to decide if you wish to keep your products, assuming you received the package. We do not make direct changes at our warehouse. Return the product for repurchase and then place a brand new order on the website. Once we have received and approved your return we will refund you for the first order.
Keep in mind that you are the customer responsible for the return until we have received and registered it, so always save your receipt. It can sometimes take up to 14 days for a return to come to us and be processed at our warehouse.

Refund of the amount is always refunded to the same account used at the time of purchase and as soon as possible after we have received and approved the return.
You are always entitled to withdrawal for 14 days in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that you as a customer have the right to undo your purchase by notifying Equestrian Stockholm within 14 days of receipt of the order by you or an agent. The easiest way to inform us about your return is by filling in and shipping the packing slip that came in the package with your products. The product must be returned within 14 days from the date you announced Equestrian Stockholm that you had exercised your right of withdrawal. The product should be shipped well packaged, in good condition and original packaging. Customs and import VAT and any other expenses associated with delivery outside of Sweden that can occur is the responsibility of the customer to pay.
The right of the claim covers goods that are incorrect in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. If you wish to make a complaint about a defective order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible after you discover the error. Complaints made within two months of discovering the error are always considered to be timely. You as a consumer have three years of right of claim. We reserve the right to refuse complaints. You must be able to prove that the product was purchased from EquestrianStockholm.com and, in such case, please contact our customer service at [email protected] with receipt and picture of the defect.
