Equestrian Stockholm strives to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time (within 24 hours during Business days) and in the order in which they are placed. Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details. Orders may be delivered within 1-6 Business days. “Business days” in this sense refer to Monday-Friday. Deliveries are also made on Saturdays in most of EU.

The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost for delivery is clearly indicated during the check-out process. If the package is not collected upon delivery, we will charge you for upcoming costs.

Economy shipping costs are outlined below (which is converted to local currency when possible). Free shipping is available to most destinations at a certain order value. Express shipping options are also  available for the fastest possible delivery.

You may return your order up to 30 calendar days after your order has been delivered to you. Exchanges are free of charge however please note that you will bear the cost of the return of the items, when no exchange is made, to Equestrian Stockholm, unless otherwise stated by your local customer rights legislation. Equestrian Stockholm guarantees a full refund for any returned items, provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact and should not be removed.
