You have the right to return your order within 30 calendar days after the order has been delivered. Exchanges are free of charge. For returns without an exchange, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to Equestrian Stockholm. Return fees vary by country and are displayed during the return registration process. The applicable fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Equestrian Stockholm guarantees a refund for returned items provided that all items are returned in the same condition as when received. This means that the items must not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (other than to try them on), and that all labels and tags must remain intact and must not have been removed.

Equestrian Stockholm strives to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time (within 24 hours during Business days) and in the order in which they are placed. Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details. Orders may be delivered within 1-6 Business days. “Business days” in this sense refer to Monday-Friday. Deliveries are also made on Saturdays in most of EU.

The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost for delivery is clearly indicated during the check-out process. If the package is not collected upon delivery, we will charge you for upcoming costs.
